For appointments, the fastest way is to book online below. For everything else — referrals, parent or carer questions, accessibility needs, or a quick “is this the right fit?” — a brief note is plenty. You don’t need the whole story up front.

Who is getting in touch? *

A short, general note is perfect, such as the kind of support you’re looking for. Please don’t include detailed health, clinical or sensitive information here. We’ll gather anything we need securely once we’re in touch.

If you’re a referring professional (optional)

Only complete this part if you’re referring someone. Please confirm the person has consented to this contact, and keep clinical detail out of this form. Full referral information can follow by secure email.

How your information is handled

This form is for first contact only. We deliberately keep it to brief, general details so that sensitive health information isn’t shared through a website form. Submissions are transmitted over a secure connection and handled only by the clinic. Once we’re in touch, any clinical or personal information needed for your care is collected through our secure practice system (Zanda), in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy policy. If you’d prefer not to use this form, email admin@bodybelongingclinic.com.au.

Fees, rebates and access.

The standard 55-minute session is $200. A limited number of reduced-fee concession places are available for clients experiencing financial hardship — just ask.

Eligible clients may be able to access Medicare rebates with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, psychiatrist or paediatrician referral, or an eligible Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan. Out-of-pocket costs may apply.

Quick Chair — our 25-minute telehealth session — is bulk-billed for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a current referral, so there’s nothing to pay. Because it depends on your Medicare plan, we arrange it with you rather than have you book it online. Email the clinic, or start with a free 15-minute intro call — that needs no plan and no referral, and we can help you sort one from there.

Questions, answered.

How much is a session?

The standard 55-minute session is $200, with Medicare rebates for eligible clients. Concession places and bulk-billing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients are covered in Fees & Medicare above.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book privately without one. A referral or plan is only needed to access Medicare rebates (see Fees & Medicare above).

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes — telehealth across Australia, with in-person sessions in Nedlands. In-person times are arranged with the clinic rather than booked online — just ask.

What happens in a first session?

A gentle conversation about what’s happening now, what you’re hoping for, and what might help, at your pace. There’s no pressure to have it all worked out before you arrive.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) practice responsibilities, and we only communicate with your GP or care team with your consent. See our Privacy policy.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. We’re currently welcoming new clients. Book online, or email the clinic if you’d like to ask about fit first.
