Fees, rebates and access.
The standard 50-minute session is $200. A limited number of reduced-fee concession places are available for clients experiencing financial hardship — just ask.
Eligible clients may be able to access Medicare rebates with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, psychiatrist or paediatrician referral, or an eligible Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan. Out-of-pocket costs may apply.
Quick Chair — our 20-minute telehealth session — is bulk-billed for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a current referral, so there’s nothing to pay. Because it depends on your Medicare plan, we arrange it with you rather than have you book it online. Email the clinic, or start with a free 15-minute intro call — that needs no plan and no referral, and we can help you sort one from there.
Questions, answered.
How much is a session?
The standard 50-minute session is $200, with Medicare rebates for eligible clients. Concession places and bulk-billing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients are covered in Fees & Medicare above.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book privately without one. A referral or plan is only needed to access Medicare rebates (see Fees & Medicare above).
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes — telehealth is available across Australia where clinically appropriate, alongside in-person sessions in Nedlands.
What happens in a first session?
A gentle conversation about what’s happening now, what you’re hoping for, and what might help, at your pace. There’s no pressure to have it all worked out before you arrive.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) practice responsibilities, and we only communicate with your GP or care team with your consent. See our Privacy policy.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. We’re currently welcoming new clients. Book online, or email the clinic if you’d like to ask about fit first.
